One of the burning questions that fans have been repeatedly asking is about Carol's return in "The Walking Dead" season 4. Is she ever going to come back on the show? Will we see Carol in the post mid-season finale episodes of season 4? The good news is we are going to see her in the show soon.

Carol Peletier was evicted from the prison in "TWD" season 4 episode 4, "Indifference." She was banished because she killed David and Karen in order to protect other members from the flu. Fans were worried about Carol's safety as she was abandoned by Rick and left to survive in the open. She is good with the knife but it is difficult to survive alone in a walker apocalypse.

It was unclear if Carol would make a comeback and unite with Team Prison or would become a zombie. Comic book creator and executive producer cleared the air and revealed that she will definitely return before the current season ends.

"Carol will definitely return before the end of the season," said Robert Kirkman to TV Guide.

"The Walking Dead" season 4 returns on February 9, 2014 with the second half of the season. Robert didn't dish out much on Carol's comeback on the show. We know her return is only going to make the episodes interesting. Team Prison is divided into various groups after the prison's fall in "Too Far Gone," it is likely that Carol would encounter one of the groups.

According to Wet Paint, Tricia Brock, director of "The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 10, said that particular instalment will have four different storylines. It is possible that Carol would meet one of her past buddies in the tenth instalment.

It would be interesting if Carol stumbles upon Tyreese who still doesn't know that she murdered Karen.
