The upcoming episode, "The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 5, "Internment" will air this Sunday, Nov. 9 on AMC at 9 pm ET and we are ready to face the "assorted enemies."

It all sounds war-like and things will be chaotic. Let's have a look at the synopsis:

"Assorted enemies pressure Rick and the group; the survivors and the prison may reach a breaking point."

Key words such as "assorted enemies" and "breaking point" make the whole situation tense and it appears that the prison has become like a time bomb, ticking towards a massive explosion. What this massive explosion will consume?

The number one enemy in the assorted enemies' package is the flu that the prison members are dealing with. In one of "The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 5 photographs, Hershel Greene is attending a person on the ground, perhaps treating him/her.

Michonne and Daryl Dixon are back in the prison after their search for medical supplies. They must have medicines for the ailing ones in the prison.

Possible Survivors in the Prison

According to the promo, Glenn is alive but coughing while, Dr. S is also in a bad shape. It is also like that Dr. S might die in "The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 5, "Internment."

In the two-minute sneak peek for "Internment," Hershel is with Dr. S or Caleb who tells Hershel to take care of the ones who can survive.

"You have a chance. This is it, after this. I'm not giving up on anyone. Not yet." Hershel says. If Carol is the kill-to-save types, Hershel is one who is ready to sacrifice. But, will this close proximity to patients pose any danger to Hershel's wellbeing?

Well, the good news is that he has not shown any symptoms of sickness, so far. But he might become a meal for the walkers, you never know.

The promo also shows Hershel looking at girl's shoes with a body lying on the ground. Is that person Sasha? She has been sick for some time now?

Carol Peletier, after being abandoned by Rick Grimes, is on her own. Will something happen to her?

Bob Stookey, the man with alcohol issues, might kill himself out of guilt.

Well, these speculations and the vague synopsis of the "The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 5 are making the wait worth waiting.
