The Governor wants to celebrate the "Welcome Back" party with a bang. He has his props all set - a military tank. A new promo released (watch it below) tells about what will happen on "The Walking Dead" Season 4 Episode 7, "Dead Weight."

This new teaser turned out to be quite exciting with loads of information about the upcoming "The Walking Dead" Season 4 episode.

According to the promo, Martinez tells his friends about the one-eyed evil man - The Governor. Martinez says, "Should have seen him back in the day - ice in the veins." Will he reveal more about the Governor?

Meghan Encounters A Walker

The very sight of a walker while a survivor is doing daily chores can be pretty scary. In "The Walking Dead" Season 4 Episode 7, "Dead Weight," Meghan is seen moving a clothesline and there is walker standing there. The Governor and Lilly are in a trailer. Looks like they have a trailer now. Will The Governor save Meghan from becoming the dead guy's next meal?

Lilly Wants A Better Place

Lilly tells the Governor that they need a better place to live. Maybe this is after Meghan meets that walker while working or something has Tara. In another clip, Tara looks shocked.

The Governor wants to save this new group desperately. If he wouldn't have burned Woodbury, they could have lived there. He knows about the prison and this tank thing might be used to enter inside. Is the Governor planning to take over the Prison? Will he make Rick Grimes and party his "prisoners?"

Rick and Carl Grimes Are Being Watched

Someone watched Rick and Carl Grimes at the prison. It looks like they are being spied using binoculars or scope. In the next cut, the Governor is shown aiming his gun. Is it possible that the Governor will put either Rick Grimes or Carl Grimes or both down?

The Governor With A Tank, Lethal

The promo ends with a shot of the tank placed right outside their trailer. The Governor has a tank. Bad news for the ones living in the prison.
