Governor persuades his group into starting a war
The Governor talks to his new group members and convinces them that the prison has fences and walls and they could live there if they are ready to snatch it from Team Rick. Hershel and Michonne are the hostages and the governor tells, "They are the key." He goes on to say that not everyone in the prison is bad, but most of them are criminal, thieves, and murderers. "And we will win," declares the Governor. His team members, readily, agree after his speech.
