The Governor (David Morrissey) is not coming back anymore on "The Walking Dead." After the mid-season finale, David kind of left the fans wondering about the fate of Governor. "I feel like a shady politician where I can't confirm, and I can't deny anything. Certainly, bad things befell him at the end of the last episode but we just have to wait and see..." said David last month. Fans speculated that he is teasing with them. However, "The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 9, spoiler from TV Guide hints that The Governor will be seen again.

TV Guide shared a spoiler about "The Walking Dead's" season 4 episode 9, which starts off the remaining half of the season. The viewers will not see too many familiar faces in the premiere episode as Rick and Carl Grimes will be the centre of attention. Meanwhile, Rick heals from the Governor's beatings, Carl loses something crucial in the episode. Also, the Governor will be seen again in instalment 4X09.

The spoiler also talked about a mystery that would be unravelled very soon. This mystery can be related to Michonne's past. Comic book writer and executive producer Robert Kirkman shared that fans would know more about Michonne by the end of this season than all of "The Walking Dead" season 3.

"That scene in Episode 2 with Michonne [and baby Judith] is the beginning of a very long story about her that will be told over the course of this season that is going to really open her character up. We're going to see what really makes her tick," said Robert Kirkman.

The spoiler also teases that Carl loses something important to him. Perhaps, he might lose his hat this time.

Fans are eagerly waiting for "The Walking Dead" season 4 to resume on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014 on AMC at 9 p.m. ET.
