‘The Walking Dead’ Season 4 Finale: Mary–A Nice Lady at the Terminus or a Member of The Hunters
Glenn and Maggie's group reached the Terminus at the end of "The Walking Dead" season 4, episode 15. The place was terribly quiet, the two groups managed to go past the fence. They also see a vegetable garden. Later, they run into a woman who was cooking. She warmly welcomed them to Terminus and introduced herself as Mary and offered them food.
According to Wetpaint, this place could be the new prison for the survivors. However, "The Walking Dead" season 4, episode 16 finale promo showcases chaos in the form of a battered Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), walkers chasing Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) plus more.
The comic books feature The Hunters as a six-member team, and the female member is named Theresa. It is possible that they have changed the name of the character to Mary for the TV adaptation. The Hunters lived in an estate with a big home.
Who is Mary (Denise Crosby) in "The Walking Dead" season 4, episode 15? Wetpaint stated that there was speculation that an actress had been recruited for episode 16.
Mary offered a plate of food to them. Is she cooking a human delicacy? However, it is also possible that Mary is a member of the Terminus and has nothing to do with the Hunters.
"She's the one that we see first but we'll quite quickly meet others. In this particular situation, it's easy for them to get in. It's not like they had to go through checkpoints or anything. As they're walking in to Terminus, the gate is open and there's a note that says to close it behind you. We see flowers and we hear a bit of noise from some people milling about. Mary just happens to be the first one; she's the welcoming committee," said Greg Nicotero to The Hollywood Reporter about Mary.
"The Walking Dead" season 4, episode 16 finale airs Sunday, March 30, 2014.
