It looks like the international fans of "The Walking Dead" won't have to wait too long to see "TWD" season 4 episode 9. TvWise reported that the second half of the current season of "The Walking Dead" will premiere on Monday, Feb 10, 2014 on FOX UK. It is one day after the U.S. telecast day.

According to Zap2it, the 24-hour delay will be for the international audience as well.

"We want to prevent the spoilers for sure, we also want to make sure [international viewers] get the best version of the show -- not some pirated version," said the chief marketing officer of Fox International Channel, Liz Dolan.

"But we also want them to get it super fast," added Liz.

According to The Walker Stalker, "The Walking Dead" producer Gale Anne Hurd talked about the benefits of two-month break in the season. "As a person involved in producing the show, it's great to have this opportunity to catch our breath," said Gale. "Especially in post-production, it's a very demanding show for post-production and you can certainly fall behind. We have to deliver the show early because it's translated into I think 31 different languages, because it airs across the globe within a week and in many cases within 24 or 48 hours of its premiere in the U.S."

It is good that the international audience won't have to wait too long for episode 9. Twitter, Facebook and other websites release spoilers from time to time, and they might spoil the fun for the fans, hence the gap is short.
