Norman Reedus' fan base is enormous. Moreover, the character - Daryl Dixon that he plays on "The Walking Dead" is one of the most loveable characters in the TV show business. If AMC plans to have Daryl Dixon standalone episode/s, then the ratings of the show may go up.

AMC execs have hinted in the past that "The Walking Dead" season 4 second half will have more standalone episodes like The Governor episodes in the first half. The season may also have mini group episodes because the large group is divided and scattered in different directions.

Comicbook.com shared that fans would see "a lot more" Daryl Dixon. The website stated that season 4 of "The Walking Dead" will have one or two episodes focusing exclusively on Daryl Dixon. Norman Reedus and Andrew Lincoln shared their thoughts during their tour of Asia.

"This season I think is one of our strongest by far," said Norman to TODAY Singapore.

"And the back eight is particularly strong. The writing is really, really good this season. And the acting is really good. And the direction is really good," added Norman

Andrew Lincoln talked about Norman's magnificent episode in "The Walking Dead."

"I think the fans are going to be really happy with a lot of the other characters that maybe didn't get the same focus over the last two to three years. They really get their chance to shine. Norman has a magnificent episode, as do four or five others of the family, you know, the prison family," said Andrew.

He also mentioned that there three episodes in the season that are the best they have done.

"I think there's three episodes that are some of the best we've ever done."

"The Walking Dead" season 4 returns with episode 9 on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
