Facebook page and Twitter account of "The Walking Dead" announced today that they are releasing a brand new trailer for the second half.

"BREAKING: We're releasing an all-new trailer for The Walking Dead tomorrow at 12:05pm EST! Get ready for TWD's return on Sunday, February 9 at 9/8c!" said the verified "The Walking Dead" Facebook page.

During "The Walking Dead" New Year's Eve marathon run, AMC released four brief teasers that talked about the fate of Glenn, Daryl, Beth, Michonne and Carl.

"been ready... lets see a little less governor and more Daryl," said Cassandra Stearns.

"I can't wait to see if the governor is dead or not. I know he was stabbed and shot. But never showed him dead," said Doug Ott.

"I can't wait, I watch season one and two and working on three this week lol," said Nicholas Britton.

Clearly, the fans are excited about this new trailer release for "The Walking Dead" season 4.

"The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 9 is Carl-heavy and in one of the early promos, he is seen with two walkers. Fans can see the brave and responsible side of junior Grimes. Meanwhile, Rick is still grieving the possible death of baby Judith. It will be interesting to know baby Judith's fate in the second half of this season.

"The Walking Dead" season 4 also welcomes new characters, namely, Dr. Eugene, Abraham and Rosita. Rick and group meets these three new characters in, possibly, episode 10. Also, that particular episode has four different storylines.

New episodes of "The Walking Dead" season 4 airs February 9, 2014 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
