The Walking Dead Season 5, Episode 1: Most Ambitious and Disturbing First Episode
"The Walking Dead" Season 5, Episode 1 is going to be too disturbing for television. The stars of the show reveal that the premiere episode will be gory.
"This episode is so disturbing," she said. "I mean some of the stuff they shot yesterday, I don't know if it'll make it to TV," said Lauren Cohen (Maggie Greene) in the "Greeting From the Set" video.
Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) declared that "The Walking Dead" Season 5, Episode 1 is the most ambitious first instalment of the show.
Coming back to the disturbing scenes in Episode 1 or "The Walking Dead" Season 5 episodes, The Spoiling Dead Fans has been sharing photographs from the sets and indeed they look quite disturbing, from charred bodies in Terminus to a fire fighting vehicle covered with blood and gut.
Also, the Web site's Facebook page stated that loud screams were heard from the sets.
"We were doing Episode 1 and Andrew [Lincoln] and I were sitting next to each other and I was saying, 'Man they're never going to air any of this on television, this is too crazy.' And then we were thinking about it and we we're like, 'We've said that every year and it makes it to television.' This season is going to be pretty nuts," said Norman Reedus about "The Walking Dead" Season 5, Episode 1 to Gold Derby.
According to Wetpaint, probably the Terminus residents eating human parts can be quite disturbing for the television.
The Web site also speculated that it is possible the Rick and others come out of the train car in the first episode itself and then kill the Termites.
Also, in the comic books, Rick and his team brutally kill The Hunters, and the Terminus residents can be The Hunters on the show.
