‘The Walking Dead’ Season 5, Episode 1 Title Revealed
Yes, the wait till Oct. 12 is painful for fans of "The Walking Dead," however recently AMC has been kind enough to release teaser and promo videos. Now, "The Walking Dead" Season 5 premiere episode's title is out.
"The Walking Dead" Season 5, Episode 1 is titled "No Sanctuary"
According to TVLine, the episode that premieres on Oct. 12 is titled "No Sanctuary."
Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs), Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan), Dr. Eugene Porter (Josh McDermitt), Rosita Espinosa (Christian Serratos) and others are stuck inside the train car in Terminus. Certainly, Terminus is not a sanctuary for the group. Most of the survivors in the group are together except a few.
Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride), baby Judith and Tyreese (Chad Coleman) are out there somewhere, but they can be close to the Terminus.

Meanwhile, Beth Greene (Emily Kinney) is stuck in an undisclosed medical facility. The promo released at San Diego Comic Con shows Beth with a female police officer. Yes, she is not dead so far. Read more, here.
Cast and crew members have been commenting about how heavy-duty the premiere episode is.
"I jumped in feet-first on the Premiere. It's probably one of the biggest stunt-heavy episodes ever filmed," Monty Simons, stunt coordinator said to AMC.
Even Andrew Lincoln talked about the premiere episode.
"I think that this first episode is the strongest, most complete episode that we've done. It's full of action, the biggest action sequence that we've ever attempted. But it's also got one of the most incredible narrative scripts, and one of the coolest after credits coda," Lincoln said.
"The Walking Dead" Season 5, Episode 1 hits the TV screens on Oct. 12 on AMC.
