"Self Help" is going to be an Abraham-focused episode. Fans don't know much about this character. All he wants to do is take Eugene to Washington D.C. He wants to find a cure. "The Walking Dead" Season 5, Episode 5 chronicles the mission that Abraham's crew takes. Glenn and Maggie join them as they leave the church.

When the survivors separate for missions or supply runs, fans get to see them in a whole new light and it is great for the show. These character-centric episodes showcase the past of a particular character and it gives a new dimension to the show.

Coming back to "The Walking Dead" Season 5, Episode 5 promo for the episode shows how important the mission is for Abraham as he tries to convince others that going back is not an option.

In another sneak peek, Glenn asks him about his hair and Eugene tells him that he likes it.
