‘The Walking Dead’ Season 5 Second Half First Look: ‘The new world’s gonna need Rick Grimes’
AMC has unveiled a new promo art for "The Walking Dead" Season 5 second half. It features Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) on the forefront and other characters at the back. They are hitting the roads again after the fierce battle with the Hospital group.
The promo art revealed by the network showcases the cast and a map lying on the road. Check out the poster, here. "The new world's gonna need Rick Grimes," scribbled on the map. In the first half of "The Walking Dead" Season 5, Rick stated that it is not possible for them to stay at Grady Memorial Hospital. They are ready to move to a new place now. Rick has displayed in Season 5 that he is a great leader for the survivors. The message on the map points out Rick Grimes is the need of the hour.
In the promo art, only Rick and Daryl are looking back and the rest of the survivors are just moving forward. We can see Tyreese (Chad Coleman), Michonne (Danai Gurira) and others in the promo art. The overall feel of the poster is dark and gloomy and certainly, the survivors are sticking together. They lost the precious member - Beth Greene (Emily Kinney) in the "The Walking Dead" Season 5 mid-season finale and they cannot afford to lose any more members.
In an interview with Daily Mirror, Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln, Lauran Cohan and other stars talked about the nature of "The Walking Dead" Season 5 second half episodes.
"We used to move in a direction based on fear - now we're running towards things, and we're hitting things head on," Norman Reedus told Daily Mirror about the remaining "The Walking Dead" Season 5 episodes.
Stay tuned for TWD Season 5 spoilers.
