On June 7, 2014 Spike Guys' Choice Awards held at Sony Pictures Studio in Culver Studio, California. Apart from Norman and Lauren, Chris Hardwick of "Talking Dead" won the Smartacus Award at the show.
Norman Reedus talked to PEOPLE after the event and revealed that he is not much of an a** kicker in real life.
"That's not very a** kicker-ish, is it?" said Norman.
He explained that anyone with a crossbow will look "bada**."
The actor, who plays the iconic Daryl Dixon in the show, admitted that he is not all that cool in real life.
"I've gotten stitches on the show and real black eyes. I'm more of a klutz, to be honest," said Norman.
Recently, Norman Reedus talked about his character Daryl and toughest scene in "The Walking Dead" at Variety Studio (Emmy Conversation).
"I came up for the pilot season... I came to know about 'The Walking Dead' I was like what the heck is this," said the actor. He revealed that the characters' involvement in the show touched his heart and he decided to become a part of the show.
He shared that whenever it is about the hardest scene, he remembers his dad.
"The hardest on "The Walking Dead" or one of them was killing my brother and I always go back to that... I am not like classically trained or anything, but I always go back to my dad and dad and dad."
"And I think reading that script to kill my brother and all that, I remember reading and going, 'Oh, this day is gonna stink, this is gonna be such a bad day."
"The Walking Dead" Season 5 airs this October on AMC.
