Manchester United FC will pay a visit to FC Shakhtar Donetsk at the Donbass Arena for Matchday 2 of the UEFA Champions League.

United boss David Moyes has been in an early struggle in getting desired results on a consistent basis, but remains adamant that he will get there.

"I have been in [difficult] situations very similar to this at my old clubs Everton and Preston. You get on and you do the right things. I haven't changed what I have done. I will continue to do that," Moyes told uefa.com.

"The results will come. I have no doubt about that."

He reiterated the importance to land elite players to be able to win the Champions League and that he will do everything to try to get his hands at the most prestigious cup while at United.

The Red Devils are coming off a 2-1 loss against West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League and will be looking to bounce back against Shakhtar.

Darren Fletcher and Rio Ferdinand are out with injuries, while star-striker Robin van Persie will be making his comeback.

Wilfried Zaha, Fabio, and Anderson were not included in the 20-man squad.

On the other hand, Shakhtar Manager Mircea Lucescu is excited to host one of the biggest clubs in the world for the first time.

Lucescu also intimated that Moyes has yet to find the right mix of players, evidenced by frequent changes in from game to game.

"The link-up play between their players is not as good as it used to be so the team suffers, which is happening with us too because Shakhtar have a lot of new players," said Lucescu.

While Moyes may be one of the best managers in England because of his accomplishment in Everton, he will need time to achieve his objective says Lucescu.

"I am sure that sooner or later he will resolve all his present problems, but I hope it will happen after the game in Donetsk," he added.

The recent game between Shakhtar and rival FC Metalurh Donetsk came out even at 2-2 on Saturday.

Luiz Adriano's state will be observed, but Lucescu believes that the Brazilian will be able to play "if nothing bad happens."
