It's now or never for the remaining teams in the FIBA Asia Championship 2013 as the quarterfinal action is all set to unfold on Friday afternoon at the Mall of Asia Arena in the Philippines.

After a 15-team tournament, it all comes down to just eight squads with host country Philippines, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Chinese Taipei, Iran, Jordan, China, and South Korea all looking to move one step closer towards qualifying in 2014's FIBA World Cup in Spain.

The first quarterfinal match will be a rematch of the scintillating final eight battle between Iran and Jordan two years ago in Wuhan, China. Jordan defeated Iran to end their reign as FIBA Asia Champions in 2011, but the Iranians have been dominant throughout the tourney and they are out to get some payback. Iran-Jordan match will start at 3:00 pm (Perth time).
