Emma Watson says goodbye to the "bushy" hair of Hermione Granger. Watson is done with the Harry Potter's bestfriend as the final films based on the best selling novel by J.K. Rowling. The actress posted a photo on her Facebook page yesterday showing her new pixie haircut.

This was how Watson inaugurated her new Facebook fan page with a farewell note to the long lucks she had donned since she played the brilliant witch Granger for eight films of the franchise. The two-part adaptation of "harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" are finally in the can. The first part will be shown later this year.

In her Facebook page, the young actress wrote ""cut my hair off a few days ago... Feels incredible. I love it. I've wanted to do this for years and years; it's the most liberating thing ever."

Watson joins Australian actress Cate Blanchett and fellow English actress Carey Mulligan in the expanding list of actress sporting the pixie or elfin styles.
