Weight Battle Faced by ‘My Kitchen Rules’ Judge Manu Feildel With A Personal Trainer
The charming and favourite judge of 'My Kitchen Rules' hired a personal trainer to assist him of his current battle against his unnecessary additional weight gain. Manu Feildel admits that his weight has been like the journey of a rollercoaster since the time he started working on the said cooking show.
Together with his fellow judge, they had to eat numerous meals during the cook-offs of the contestants which consist of three course meals. He also compares it to that of a yo-yo. He gained weight during MKR and eventually lost weight when he was in 'Dancing With The Stars.'
He also revealed that in five months of making the show of MKR, he only have eight days of day off which also means he has a lot more time spent on eating rather than working out. This then is what made him decide to finally work hard on buffing up alongside a personal trainer.
Inspired by Jamie Oliver
Feildel's weight battle was inspired after the own revelation of popular television chef Jamie Oliver who visited Australia for the promotion of his very own "Food Revolution." When asked if Oliver has lost weight already compared to the last time he was in the land of Down Under, the chef said that he is doing his best to eat fresh foods and train harder, at least twice a week.
Other chefs who had admitted to have gained weight as well include judges of 'MasterChef' George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan and Matt Preston.
