First time parents, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have finally stepped out as a family with their newly born daughter, Baby North. And the West family cuts a breath of fresh air as they came out at a very unlikely low-key profile, at least it is for glamour-loving, new mommy, Kim Kardashian. This marks Baby North’s first public appearance, albeit fully covered up.

TMZ first posted the series of photos showing Kim and Kanye with their first baby. Kim sported baggy clothes while Kanye came out like his usual self. Kim has kept her post-baby bod under wraps with oversized long sleeve, teaming it up with black capri leggings. She completed her looks with moccasin-esque type boots.

They were photographed on Wednesday leaving a medical building in Los Angeles, California. With them is a smiling woman carrying Baby North, who was concealed with a blanket covering the baby carrier.

This is the first time they stepped out since North was born on June 15.

What was more telling in the whole picture, however, was how happy the celebrity couple looked like as they stepped out of the LA building.

Kanye appeared to be a very loving beau and father, wrapping his arms around Kim in most photos, as the two appeared to be engaged in playful conversation when headed to the waiting car.

Kim, earlier reported as “controlled by Kanye” in many of her post-pregnancy decisions, cuts a doting mom and lover, too. The reality TV starlet and her rapper beau are reportedly moved in with Kim’s mom, Kris. This despite hesitation on Kanye’s part.

"Kanye told Kim and Kris that he would absolutely forbid any cameras from ever being in a house he owned or was renting. This caused major headaches for mother and daughter because Kim's pregnancy has been a big storyline for the current season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians," a family insider was quoted as telling RadarOnline.com by Christian Post.

Moving in with Mom Kris Jenner is best for Baby North.

"Kris suggested that the new parents move into her mansion, because she could control the camera crews. Kanye reluctantly agreed because it's a temporary situation, and he has made the camera crews extremely uncomfortable with his constant brooding," the source added.
