Kate Winslet as Rose will once again hit the big screen for the release of the 'Titanic 3D' by April but the actress is not so much excited at all just like how everyone was way back in 1997.

The fans of the huge movie still excited with the new version even if they have seen it for nth time, Kate Winslet is not so much looking forward to go down the memory lane.

A lot has happened in the life the actress who, 15 years ago, has accepted to play the role of the famous Rose DeWitt Bukater. Winslet became a mother to Mia, was married, divorced and even remarried again. She once again became a mother to Joe and was again divorced.

With all these, anyone would understand why she is not interested at all to look back much at her past. During her interview with Stylelist, she confessed that she feels disconnected from it now. "A lot of it, it does really feel like a distant memory, so it's going to be quite strange to have that sort of thrust into people's face all over again," she shared.

"I mean, God knows. It does mean that a whole new generation of people will be seeing the film and that's fantastic. That's wonderful." said the Oscar-winning actress.

She has not seen any of the 3D revamped film yet. She said though that she cannot wait to see the movie in 3D but when it comes to reminiscing much of her past, she is decided to take a halt on that.
