"White Collar" Season 5 Episode 2 "Sneak Peeks": "An Arrest" and "Agent Siegel": The fifth episode of "White Collar" Season 5 is "Out of the Frying Pan." The sneak peeks suggest two developments: the entry of Neal's new handler and the likelihood of Mozzie getting arrested.

In the previous episode of "White Collar," Peter Burke was out of the orange jumpsuit before the indictment thanks to Neal forging his father's confession. Neal had to do a heist of gold coins as part of a deal with Curtis Hagen, the deal which ensured the freedom of Peter. The heist of gold coins was just a part of Curtis Hagen's bigger plan, making Neal destroy the evidence against him. Curtis Hagen has a recording of Neal stealing the coins. And, he is using it to force Neal commit another crime. The second episode may probably not deal with the destruction of evidence against Curtis Hagen.

Peter now has a bigger role to play at the "White Collar" and as a result of that Neal has a new handler, Agent David Siegel (Warren Kole). Unlike Peter, the new handler is young and is not likely to get emotionally invested in Neal's life.

In the past, Peter had let Mozzie get away despite knowing that his ways are not the innocent kinds. Agent Siegel is not going to act the same way, and let him get away. In the upcoming episode, Mozzie is facing the possibility of an arrest and it looks like Neal will be unable to do anything at that moment. The arrest of Mozzie means he is going to get his name in the record, which he does not want at any cost. We would like to believe that Mozzie's status quo would remain and the arrest might not take place.

According to the official synopsis of "White Collar" Season 5 Episode 2, "Out of the Frying Pan," "Neal's loyalty is tested when a lead implicates Mozzie as part of an online black market."
