"White Collar" returns for its fifth season in October, with 13 episodes and the promos released suggest that the upcoming season is going to be an exciting season.

The latest promo released by USA Network announces the teaming-up of one of the sexiest CIA agents on T.V. with the sexiest con-man (should we say on the planet). Anne Catherine "Annie" Walker (Piper Perabo) of "Covert Affair" and Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) of "White Collar" will appear on Thursdays, starting October 17, 2013.

There is no cross-over episode, yet but since "Covert Affairs" will air just after "White Collar," we can expect one in the near future.

"White Collar" premiere episode will usher in a new beginning. At the end of "White Collar" Season 4, Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) was framed for the murder of a senator, which Neal's father committed. In the premiere episode, we will see Peter in orange jumpsuit, unshaven and behind bars. It will not be easy to prove his innocence as circumstantial evidence puts him firmly in the criminal dock.

Neal Caffrey will take the help of Curtis Hagen (Mark Sheppard), the con man of the pilot episode, to prove the innocence of Peter. It will be the devil's agreement. Neal will be assigned a task -- which has to crime/con related -- by C.H in exchange for Peter's release from the prison. Will it put Neal back on the con-way?

TVLine reports that actor Zeljko Ivanek will make his appearance in White Collar. Zeljko will be portraying the role of Brett Forsythe.

According to TVLine, Brett, a businessman who is known for hostile takeovers in the corporate world, is a collector of priceless artifacts from natural history. FBI gets on his trail when they suspect him of committing a "dino-mite" heist.

"It is the theft of a Tyrannosaurus Rex fossil and its egg - which are worth the millions," TVLine says.
