"White Collar" Season 5 is all set to premiere on Thursday, October 17, 2013. It has been a long wait for the fans of "White Collar" and the premiere episode promises to be worth the wait. Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) is all set to make a pact with the devil to get his handler cum surrogate father Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) out of the prison.

In the Season 4 finale of "White Collar," Peter was under-arrest for a crime -- the murder of the senator -- that Neal's father committed. The onus is now on Neal to prove the innocence of Peter, and without any evidence to prove the innocence, it is an uphill task.

These are the three spoilers of the premiere episode:

Spoiler 1: Peter is no longer dressed in his drab suit. He is wearing an orange jumpsuit and is behind bars. "Thankfully orange is a good colour on me," actor Tim DeKay said to ET Television.

Spoiler 2: Neal knocks at the doors of the devil and makes a pact with him. The criminal of the pilot episode, "The Dutchman," a.k.a. Curtis Hagen (Mark Sheppard), returns in the premiere episode of "White Collar" Season 5. Neal has to again adopt his con-ways to set Peter free and in return, C.H helps to prove Peter's innocence.

Spoiler 3: In the absence of Peter, Neal gets a new handler. Actor Warren Kole will be reprising his role of Agent David Seigel.

"In a remarkable role reversal, FBI Agent Peter Burke is shockingly accused of murdering a senator and is behind bars. Neal Caffrey is determined to set the record straight and figure out a way to overturn the charges, which means striking a deal with the devil and returning to his conman roots. Nothing is off limits, even if it means owing a major debt. Mark Sheppard returns in his devious role as "The Dutchman," a.k.a Curtis Hagen -- the art thief the duo put away in the series premiere," according to the official synopsis of "White Collar" released by USA Network.

Neal Caffrey, the convicted felon, will be on the T.V screen again in October. We wonder what does Mozzie (Willie Garson) mean by, "it is time to rebuild the empire."
