‘White Collar’ Season 5 Premiere: Why is Mozzie Attempting Suicidal Fall from Atop a Building?
"White Collar" is all set to return on October 17, 2013 for its fifth season. In the pilot episode of "White Collar," Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer), the con-man, was wearing the orange jumpsuit, and in the premiere episode of "White Collar" Season 5, it is Peter Burke's (Tim DeKay) turn to wear the orange and experience life inside the prison.
Peter has landed on the other side of the law because of Neal's father. In the season finale of "White Collar" Season 4, Peter was arrested for the murder of a senator that Neal's father committed. The premiere episode of the new season is likely to revolve around how Neal will prove the innocence of Peter and get him out of the prison.
As earlier reported, Neal is going to take the help of 'The Dutchman' (Mark Sheppard), Curtis Hagen (C.H.). It will be a give and take kind of help and Neal will have to pay the price as he is making a pact with the devil himself.
One cannot expect Mozzie (Willie Garson) to be twiddling his thumb if his favourite 'Suits' is inside the prison. The sneak peek posted on Huffington Post provides a glimpse of Mozzie in a weird hairdo and a goatee. He and Neal are back to doing something illegal but this time to ensure Peter's freedon.
In the sneak peek, one can hear Neal telling Mozzie that since his anklet is showing him (Neal) at home, whatever they are up to should not be tracked back to them. The shocker: Mozzie is atop a high-rise building, all ready to jump down to his death, while Neal points out to the crowd below, "is there a guy up there." It is Mozzie and Neal's plan to get the attention away from the real target as Mozzie is not attempting a free-fall as one can see the safety rope.
What is Neal going to steal? Is it some rare artefact? We will find that out next week on Thursday night. Peter is not going to stay in the prison for too long and it looks like he will earn his freedom because of a con.
