'White Collar' Season 6 Spoilers: Episode 1 Synopsis Reveals Identity Of Neal's Abductor, Peter Has A Secret
The swansong season of USA Network's "White Collar" promises to be full of twists and turns. One of the twists is likely to be Peter Burke's secret that he is hiding from everyone. Meanwhile, the synopsis of the premiere episode, which is titled "Borrowed Time," reveals that it is Rebecca's former associate who is holding Neal Caffrey captive.
TV Guide's Mega Buzz is reporting that there is a "role reversal" in Season 6, as it is not Neal but Peter who will be seen hiding something. And, Neal will not be the first one to find out this secret. If it is not Neal, it is likely to be Elizabeth or Mozzie. Speaking about Mozzie, his wife will be making an appearance in the upcoming final season. The name of his wife is Eva.
Mozzie and Eva have lived in different universes for the last five years. Their reunion is expected to be a fun, with lots of shocked expressions. Meanwhile, in the premiere episode, Peter and Elizabeth are set to begin a long-distance relationship but something unexpected will happen. In the last season finale, Peter decided to not go to Washington DC, as he felt that he needs to be there for Neal. He made this decision after FBI's top bosses rejected Neal's release application, as he had become an asset to them. Elizabeth, however, decided to go ahead and join her new job at DC.
The last season ended on the abduction of Neal by an unknown man. According to the official synopsis of "Borrowed Time": "Peter brings Rebecca in to help locate Neal, who is being held captive by one of her former associates, Jim Boothe. Meanwhile, Jim wastes no time letting Neal know that if he doesn't comply with his demands he'll be pushed down an elevator shaft. Jim has lofty aspirations of joining an exclusive group of thieves, The Pink Panthers, and his entry ticket is the diamond currently held by the FBI. He needs Neal to steal it back. But Neal has a better plan -- he thinks the situation calls for a grander gesture, and, for his trouble, he expects something in return..."
"White Collar" Season 6 is scheduled to premiere on Nov. 06, 2014.
