White Collar: The Women in Neal Caffrey's Life
Who could ever resist his charming good looks, suave personality and man those eyes, any woman could just simply melt staring at those blue penetrating eyes. Matt Bomer's character as Neal Caffrey in White Collar allows him to have a string of hot and beautiful women all falling for his charm.
From season one all the way to season four, Neal Caffrey managed to have a number of women to keep him on his toes. Even with his tough exterior, Neal is a diehard romantic who will do everything for the sake of love which was shown in the first season of the show.

Alexandra 'Alex" Hunter - Played by Gloria Votsis, Alex is a professional thief who knows Neal is not what he says he is and ends up spending a night with him from the first time they meet. It was an instant attraction between cons which is very rare in White Collar. She was trying to steal an information on Adler's South American Acquisition but they were never get romantically involved. They shared a kiss or two on few episodes but everytime they get together Neal is involved with someone so they can't take the relationship any further. But the two shared a mutual respect and she was the first one to mention about the music box to Neal.
Kate Moreau - Played by Alexandra Daddario, Kate is Neal's first love. She is the reason why he broke out of prison and stole the Raphael just to impress her. She met him at a $5,000-a-plate antiquities recovery project charity dinner where he found out that she was working as Adler's assistant. After breaking up with her boyfriend, Kate move in with Neal and spend their lunch at Madison Square Park where they fill an empty bottle of 1982 Bordeaux with cheap wine and pretend it was the most expensive wine while eating pizza. Although he never completely trust her, Kate is the driving force behind most of Neal's actions because he believes that Kate is in trouble. She is killed in a plane explosion leaving him angry and heartbroken as he vowed to look for her killer.
Sara Ellis - Played by Hilarie Burton, Sara is Neal's latest romance. Sara was investigating for the missing Raphael when she met Neal. Her connection in Sterling Bosch was used by Neal to investigate Kate's death and with constant flirtations in episode after episode they finally consummated their relationship in the basement of the library during a blackout.
