Who is the Girl in Justin Bieber's Latest Tattoo on His Arm? Let's Find Out [PHOTOS]

Justin Bieber has a new tattoo on his arm. The "Believe" singer posted the picture of his new ink on his Twitter account and also deleted it immediately. But the singer also has another account on Shots.com, a new picture sharing Web site and the Justin Bieber tattoo picture has more than 48000 likes there. Check it out here. Justin's new tattoo is a little girl with her balloon floating away and it stands for "Don't let your dreams float away." All the previous inks of Justin were on his left forearm but now that it (the left arm) has very less space left for new designs, Justin has shifted his focus to his right arm. The latest tattoo is inspired by iconic street artist Banksy, who has a similar painting where a little girl is letting go of a heart shaped balloon. "Don't let your dreams float away," reads Justin's caption. Check it out in a tweet below where a fan has juxtaposed the original painting by Banksy against Justin's tattoo picture. In Bieber's tattoo the heart shaped balloon is not visible. Maybe it is on the other side of his arm? The artist Banksy's original mural is in London and he recently reworked on his painting to make it into a Syrian girl to mark the third-year anniversary of the conflict in Syria, laist.com is reporting.

Most of Justin's previous tattoos have been done by New York- based artist Bang Bang, whose real name Keith McCurdy. There is no reason why McCurdy did not do this one.
