There is a tinge of truth when 20-year-old Miley Cyrus sang, "We Can't Stop." The risqué singer posted on her Twitter account another provocative picture of her and constant companion Cheyne Thomas in a nightclub.

Cyrus was pictured straddling her male friend while making her signature move-sticking her tongue out. She was also seen raising her middle finger to the photographer, making it public to over 14,000,000 of her followers.

The pair had fistful of dollars around them, suggesting that the two were out to party in a strip club. Former Hannah Montana star and friend were actually having fun at Tuesday Baby Tuesdays in the nightclub.

The star frequents the club as this had formerly been the venue for her recently released album, "Bangerz." Cyrus and her entourage visited the club again this time to watch rapper Ja Rule.

Hours before the wild night out of the controversial star, Cyrus donned an elegant Marc Jacobs gown for the International's 30th Annual Night of Stars Event. The gown highlighted the svelte figure of the star, a far look from the risky and skimpy getups the star had been sporting.

She later changed into fishnet stockings, Creeper shoes with a black and blue plaid shirt wrapped around her hips. Her signature heavy bling and leather baseball cap was also in tow.

She has recently been caught on fire after a series of controversial photos from famous photographer Terry Richardson and other racy videos and performances live. She has also earned the ire of many veterans in the music industry, with others asking her to "stop prostituting herself.'

Seems like the star is heeding none of the advice of her critics and is seen enjoying herself with her entourage. The star's singles, "Wrecking Ball, Adore You, Drive, We Can't Stop and Someone Else" are all currently on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
