Katherine Heigl is all set to make a TV come back. NBC is apparently working on a fresh new series that will start Heigl. She has earlier been successful as Dr. Stevens on Grey's Anatomy.

Before venturing in to her most prominent claim to fame on TV, Grey's Anatomy; Heigl acted in 3 movies made for TV in 2003. Television has apparently brought a lot of luck to Heigl's career. She became a huge name with Grey's Anatomy which started in 2005. Her success of the ABC show helped Heigl bag meaty roles in the best movies of her life such as Side Effects, Knocked Up, 27 Dresses and The Ugly Truth.

Her last 3 releases post GA - New Year's Eve, One for the Money and The Big Wedding - received unfavourable reviews by the critics. Her last released film, The Big Wedding, a remake of a French movie, was a disaster at the box office. Heigl seems to bring her luck back as she returns on the smaller screen.

Alexi Hawley is reportedly given the responsibility to script her come back. By all probable mean, it is going to be a drama series which is yet to be titled. If her luck gets back, Heigl seems to act more in movies like these:
