Why is Ellen DeGeneres Worried? Twitter Gets Funny in 'Finding Dory' Hype [Twitterverse Jokes]
News of "Finding Dory" quickly spread online after Ellen DeGeneres announced on her show that preparations are under way for the "Finding Nemo" sequel. But Ellen's wife Portia said something that got her a bit "worried." See Ellen's tweet, as well as some funny Twitterverse jokes from 'Nemo' fans.
"I'm excited that it's finally happening. I read the script and it's fantastic, it's hilarious, it's warm, it's everything that you want it to be," Ellen teased her live audience about "Finding Dory." Less than a day later, Ellen seemed a bit worried.
"Portia pointed out that if the movie is called "Finding Dory", I'm probably gonna be missing for most of it. Somebody get my agent," the funny host tweeted. The joke tweet drew 14 thousand re-tweets and nearly as many thumbs-up.
Some movie fans are taking the excitement to a whole new level by insinuating that any global war can't happen until after the movie is shown. Then again, many of these fans waited for a decade for this sequel.

Many 'Nemo' fans are speculating on how "Finding Dory" will play out given Dory's short term memory problem. ("Why are you following me?") Others are sure Nemo will leave no seaweeds unturned in order to find Dory. This is a time to set aside plausibility for childhood fun and entertainment.
