Many single individuals worldwide settle on getting a pet to keep them company especially when they do not get to find the right person to spend their everyday life with.

This goes the same for the 1.6 million Aussies who were discovered in a survey to rather spend their hearts day with their pets.

According to the survey made by the World Society for the Protection of Animals, the bond that develops between a pet and a partner is so strong that it is normal to expect the human owner to think of giving their beloved pet a present.

In general, the survey further reveals that there are around 400,000 Australians who would want to be with their pets on Valentines Day than have dates with people.

This just shows that Aussies are true animal lovers. In fact, when you search the web these days, you will find that lots of gift ideas for your pets that you can give to them not just on Valentines Day but anytime that you feel like spoiling them.

Moreover, the National Retail Federation thinks that many pet loving consumers would spend about $367 million just for their pets during the holidays.

All owners have to do is just seek the pet stores and groceries to find the right gifts for their pets anytime of the year. Pretty much the same as how you would patiently look for the right gift for your human loved ones.

Your pets may surely not be able to say 'I Love You' back, but their mere loving and entertaining presence is enough to give them the tiny toys, tasty treats or heart squeakers that they deserve.
