Shep Rose and his girlfriend Taylor Ann Green have called it quits, according to a report.

The "Southern Charm" stars decided to part ways after two years of dating due to relationship problems allegedly stemming from Rose's refusal to commit and remain faithful to Green, People reported, citing unnamed sources.

"Shep has a real issue with monogamy and refused to commit to Taylor, telling her that he doesn't want to be with just one person and change his lifestyle," one source told the outlet.

A second insider said the breakup left Green heartbroken and predicted that the 42-year-old businessman will later "regret" his decision.

"She's incredibly hurt, but she knows that she deserves a guy who will fight for her, not one who is so selfish," the second source told People. "He'll regret this."

Reps for Rose and Green, 27, did not comment on the breakup news, according to the outlet.

"Southern Charm" viewers witnessed the conflict and tension in their relationship on the show.

Last season, Rose admitted that he cheated on the dental assistant, telling host Andy Cohen that he exchanged text messages with "an old flame" and "kissed a girl" in a stairwell.

Earlier this season, the couple discussed their future together, with Green questioning his happy reaction to a pregnancy scare they had.

"You're gonna high five to my pain and misery?" she asked Rose. "You didn't even ask how I felt. You just thought, like, 'Oh, no, there was a scare. What am I gonna do?' Like, you haven't ever really said, 'If you things were to ever happen, you can trust in me.'"

During their talk, she candidly told Rose that she didn't feel he was a "safe bet" since he "doesn't want to get married and settle down."

"If I was pregnant, I would want the rightful steps to be taken, which would be marriage," Green said in confessional. "But I don't know how much he would step up to the bat, which is really s---ty."

In an interview with Us Weekly in 2020, Rose admitted that he had reservations about settling down despite his parents and siblings enjoying happy marriages.

"I was definitely nervous about, you know, domestic bliss. Even though my parents had been married for 45 years and both my brother and sister were married," he told the outlet. "So, I don't have, like, you know, a lot of examples of things not working, but for some reason, I worry about that and wring my hands about that."

At the time, Rose said Green made it easy for both of them because she was "kind and lovely" and she "makes everyone around her feel good."

"I know that I'm in the right situation and it's just easy," he added.

"Southern Charm" airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
