Many jealous wives or girlfriends often make their partners choose between them and the object of their jealousy, whether it's another person or a thing.

The wife of Bob White of Charles City, Virginia, demanded that he make a choice between her and his Harley Davidson motorcycle. However, Mr White is not making the choice himself, but allowing readers of Craigslist, a popular online classified ads Web site, to do the selection.

He posted: "Wife says: 'Harley goes or she goes' ... You choice. Both in excellent condition: #5,900."

He is open to trade-ins as well as picking the best offer within the target price he set, and the deal could be concluded with a personal pick up by the buyer or via delivery services.

He described the bike as a Sportster 2006 Xl 1200K, in excellent condition with only 6,500 miles or less than 900 miles yearly.

On the other hand, for the wifey, he described her as a 1959 model year, but still in excellent condition, but with high mileage.

And while he said the bike is well maintained and he posted photos as proof, Mr White also showed photos of Mrs White and described her as high maintenance. While she is the only existing model, he added she is a white and a beautiful edition with a mean streak,

As for this Harley, Mr White said it would be a good motorcycle for beginners or seasoned riders with its pearl white and black-and-orange accent strips.

His last words were for bike enthusiasts to come and test ride before they buy, but for his wife, he wrote, "Don't even go there."

While the article, which came out in Orange.co.uk did not state if the sale has concluded or not, most likely the Whites would soon have more space in the garage and wifey counting dollar bills for her next retail therapy.
