Will Dr. Meredith Grey finally become an attending physician in Thursday's episode of Grey's Anatomy? In a teaser released by the show, Dr. Grey is forced to deal with a brain bleeder herself with Dr. Derek Sheperd caught in an operation.

Her younger half-sister missed out on a diagnosis which led to a bleeder in the patient's brain.

"What you did wrong was talking about it when you should be booking an OR," say Meredith as she chastised her half-sister.

After repeatedly paging Dr. Sheperd and getting no response, Meredith calls on him while the latter is operating room caught up in an operation. Dr. Sheperd offers Grey an opportunity to do solo surgery on the patient.

Will Meredith take it? Is she ready to be an attending?

Followers of Grey's Anatomy now on its seventh season should tune in to see for themseves as the episode will air Thursday in the United States.
