Robert Pattinson fans have been seeing different sides of the Hollywood heart throb lately, but they won't see Pattinson in 3D. Summit Entertainment told MTV this week that the Robert Pattinson-Kristen Stewart starrer Twilight two-part finale is not being shot in 3D.

"Neither film is being shot in 3-D," the representative for the company said, referring to the final installments in the series, Breaking Dawn Part 1 and Part 2.

Previously, Twilight lead star Kristen Stewart had expressed support for a 3D finale. Stewart told MTV last June that having the finale films in 3D would be "awesome."

"I'm probably speaking out of line or whatever, but I think it would be awesome... Nobody knows what it's like to look through the eyes of a vampire. What if [Bella Swan] opens her eyes to this extraordinary," says Kristen whose character Bella Swan will be turned into a vampire following blood loss due to a ceasarian birth in the film.

But for fans hoping to see the film in 3D, all is not lost. The Summit Entertainment representative said Breaking Dawn could be converted to 3D after production. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 will be released November next year.
