Canadian pop star Justin Bieber may no longer need to hide under a bedsheet the next time Paparazzis Spot Him Leaving a Brothel if he takes the offer of a U.S. whorehouse owner to be a business partner and perhaps even be a pimp trainee.

Dennis Hof, owner of the Moonlight Bunny Ranch in Carson City, Nevada, offered the business opportunity to the teen singer who was kicked out last weekend by Centaurus, a whorehouse in Brazil where he spent 3 hours with women. Bodyguards had to hide the Baby singer by covering him with a bedsheet while quickly spiriting him out of the embarrassing situation.

"It's a safety issue. I'm so afraid he's contracted a disease," Huffington Post quoted Hof. He added by going to a legal U.S. prostitution house, Bieber would not place his health and that of his fans who are willing to have sex with him in danger.

By partnering with the popular singer, Hof wants to help make the sex trade more mainstream. "It's a personality-driven business. We want the young demographic he represents," Hof explained.

To attract Justin to sign a deal, he offered to create a special Bieber suite that includes posters and all his albums on Moonlight Bunny Ranch's CD player. And it would be legal for visitors to take the bedsheets with them if they want to leave the club incognito!

Hof also created this slogan in case Bieber agrees to his offer: "Be a Belieber in safe sex."

So far, Bieber has not made any statement about his Halloween weekend misadventure, except to tweet a hint that his Sunday was bad. Thus, it is unlikely he would make public a decision to invest in a brothel, if he ever does.

However, Fortune reports that Bieber has invested in a new social network, leading a $1.1 million seed round for RockLive, the company behind the teen-focused Shots of Me.

The portal will be released in Apple stores later this week. RockLive has previously developed popular social mobile games.

RockLive CEO John Shahidi told Fortune, "We got to know Justin after he began playing our games and tweeting about it."

Besides Bieber, other investors in the new social network include boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr, venture capitalist Shervin Pishevar and angel investor Tom Mcinerney.

"He's been very involved in our products, helping us test things and providing feedback ... When we told him that we are looking to create a social network for teens that really addresses what they aren't getting on other networks, and which tries to deal with things like cyber-bullying, his eyes just lit up," Shahidi added.
