3. Possibility of unifying all Windows users and appropriate machines in one middle-line OS version.

Most users of Windows XP in certain territories do not consider Windows 7 due to user interface revamped while Windows 8 has been frowned by some due to incompatibility of various programs including games.

While Windows Vista is one of the worst versions ever released by Microsoft, there are several mistakes as well on Windows 8.

As of now, Windows 9 has no clear price and even its release date is debatable between October 2014 release and March 2015 official availability.
