Margot Robbie will not be taking off her clothes in film again. The former “Neighbours” star, who appeared nude in the blockbuster “The Wolf of Wall Street,” has ruled out repeating her naked scene in future films.

After her breakthrough performance in the Martin Scorsese film, in which she played Leonardo DiCaprio’s second wife, she was inundated with similar seductress roles. However, instead of taking them and consequently be typecast into such roles, she has gone into a different direction.

“Once people see you pulling off one role they think you’re a safe bet to do a similar role,” the 24-year-old actress told AAP.

She has since accepted diverse roles co-starring with some of the industry’s biggest names, including a part in the upcoming World War II romantic drama “Suite Française,” which stars Michelle Williams, Kristin Scott Thomas, Sam Riley, Matthias Schoenaerts, Ruth Wilson and Lambert Wilson.

She has also completed production on the sci-fi flick “Z for Zachariah” with Chris Pine and Chiwetel Ejiofor. She will be seen opposite Will Smith in the rom-com “Focus” in 2015, and in 2016, she will be seen taking on the role of Jane in the classic “Tarzan” with Alexander Skarsgard as the titular character.

Anyone who follows Robbie’s career would say that she is on the path to stardom, if she’s not already achieved it. But like others, she still has self doubts about her future.

“I have many moments of self doubt, everybody does,” she told The Daily Telegraph. “Even when I came off Wolf, and had three months of unemployment, I thought I’d never work again, which was crazy. Everyone has that, whether you’re at the top, at the bottom, or right in between, everyone has moments of self doubts.”

Robbie accepted the Breakthrough Award at the Australians in Film Awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday, humbly thanking the guests for “giving me far more credit than I deserve.”
