With the United States and Costa Rica clinching a spot to the World Cup Finals in Brazil, the last slot will be fought over by Mexico and Honduras, while Panama will try to secure the lone playoff slot on matchday 10 in the fourth round of the CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers.

Panama vs. USA

Clint Dempsey (strained hamstring) and Michael Bradley (ankle sprain) have been ruled out for the final game of the World Cup Qualifiers for the Americans.

This may be a sight for optimism for Julio Valdes' men, who are 3 points behind Mexico, as they need to come up with a win and hope that Mexico drops their game against Costa Rica, to be able to get a shot at the playoff spot.

Goal difference, however, will be resorted to once such scenario happens.

Costa Rica vs. Mexico

The Mexicans are sitting at fourth place with 11 points, 3 points behind Honduras, must get a win to keep their automatic qualification bid alive.

A win is not enough as Honduras must be beaten by Jamaica in order for goal difference to settle their dispute in clinching the third and final spot.

Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez must come onto the field with guns blazing in order for El Tri to have a better chance of qualifying, while limiting Costa Rica scoring opportunities as much as they can.

Meanwhile, a draw will assure Mexico of clinching the playoff spot.

Mexico (4-2-2-2): Corona; Torres Nilo, Moreno, Rodriguez, Meza; Salcido, Torrado; Guardado, Aquino; Peralta; Hernandez

Costa Rica (4-4-2): Navas; Miller, Oviedo, Gonzalez, Salvatierra; Barrantes, Rojas, Cubero, Castillo; Saborio, Campbell
Jamaica vs. Honduras

The equation is pretty simple for Honduras: a draw will be enough to secure an automatic qualification berth.

Should they lose, Mexico might have a chance to overtake them at the third spot, depending on goal difference.

Luis Garrido and Wilson Palacios are going to anchor the offence for the Catrachos, while Roger Espinoza remains their rock on the defensive end.
