One Direction has made themselves worthy to be one of the top selling artists to beat for this generation. They have sold out their Madison Square Garden concert and cemented their names in the American music industry.

After X factor, One Direction has slowly but surely gained fame with their catching hits. With their global success, there's definitely still a lot in store for the British boy band. And while some artists are struggling hard to make it in the American music industry, One Direction makes it looks so easy.

Aside from their successful sold out Madison Square Garden concert, they also received good and positive reviews after performing for their large audience.

With millions of followers that have put their singles on top of the charts, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson could not believe the success they have now.

"This is the biggest night of our lives. You guys have travelled from all around the world and we cannot believe what has happened here tonight. Thank you so much," a grateful Liam told their audience that night.

Although they can't certainly please everybody, there are bloggers and even music journalists who have kind words to say about One Direction. They were all in agreement that there was something different and magical about the boys.

"The screams were louder than a jet engine, with a pitch higher than a banshee's wail. Despite the event's significance, a certain casualness informed the staging," the New York Daily News said. "Unlike boy bands of the past, these guys aren't rigidly choreographed in concert, an appealing aspect. They jump and stroll rather than dance."

"At one point a teen behind me screamed her brains out and then shrieked, 'I don't even know why I'm screaming!!!' I didn't know either. One Direction was not scheduled to take the stage for another hour," a writer from Entertainment Weekly said.

Love them or hate them, One Direction is certainly making their mark in the music scene. With their fast growing success and popularity, Justin Bieber should watch out.
