Former WWE and Heavyweight Champion Dave 'The Animal' Batista is reportedly set to make his return inside the squared circle a month before Wrestlemania XXX, a reliable source reported on Sunday.

Batista, who collected six world championships during his tenure in the WWE, will reportedly be making a comeback on the 16th of February at a WWE Live event at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"The Thomas & Mack Center in Viva Las Vegas are advertising on Sunday February 16th that the WWE Live event (It's just a house show) will feature "the special return of "The Animal" Batista. There have been rumblings on Batista coming back. Big E Langston stated in an interview there had been discussions and now seemingly a house show event in Vegas is the next step," WWE News Source stated.

UNLV Tickets.com, the official ticketing company of the WWE event, allegedly spoiled the Animal's return by advertising Batista's upcoming return on its event page. There are reports that Batista will also make an appearance in a WWE Live event on February 15th in Phoenix Arizona.

"Earlier this weekend ticketing company UNLVTickets.com spoiled the potential return of former world champion Dave "The Animal" Batista, advertising his presence at a WWE live event on February 16th. UNLV is the official ticketing site of the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, where WWE will be that night. Also, a representative for the Phoenix Suns confirmed Batista for another WWE live event on February 15th," Wrestlezone reported

"As of Saturday night, all images and mentions of Batista have been taken off the Thomas & Mack Center event page. Furthermore, VP of Digital Operations for the Suns Jeramie McPeek has removed the original Tweet he sent out about the February 15th event," the site added.

Evolution Reunion?

Though there's no clear detail whether Batista will wrestle again during his scheduled live appearance, WWE fans are speculating that the Animal's return could be linked to the emergence of 'the Authority' as the most powerful faction in the wrestling entertainment.

Many followers believed the Authority is a total ripped-off from one of the most successful faction in WWE, the Evolution, who also happened to feature Triple H, Randy Orton, Ric Flair, and Batista.

Batista's presence on the road to Wrestlemania could play a big role in the story as the Authority and Orton continued its feud against fan favorites Daniel Bryan and John Cena.
