The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is hatching its final plans for Royal Rumble 2015 and is planting the seeds for animosity between Sting and The Undertaker. Conflicting reports continue to roam the wrestling circles as both the "Vigilante and "Deadman" remain question marks for the annual pay-per-view event.

Vince McMahon and company are keeping under wraps the final details of the plan but Bill Heyland of PW Network reports that Taker and Sting are included in the list of entrants for the main event of Royal Rumble. According to the same report, the proposed storyline dictates that Sting will be the one to topple the Undertaker over the ropes which will plant the animosity that will spill over to Wrestlemania 31. However, some other sites are disputing this claim as Wrestlezone has clarified that the Undertaker will no longer wrestle and instead will be inducted in the Hall of Fame at Wrestlemania while Sting is not currently slated to appear in the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.

"Initial plans still have Triple H facing Sting at Wrestlemania 31, and bringing them back can start to set that up if that's the match they stick with. Regarding Sting's next appearance, he is not expected to be a surprise entrant in the 2015 Royal Rumble match," Wrestlezone stressed in its site.

Still the flip-flopping between the two matches that will headline Sting is widely regarded as a power struggle between Vince McMahon and Triple H. The toppled head of the Authority is hell-bent on getting the match against the high profiled Sting while McMahon hopes to benefit from the cash cow of a Sting-Undertaker retirement match. Still, all of this hinges on the health of the 50-year-old Taker who is also reported to be inducted in the Hall of Fame as a pre-cursor to Wrestlemania if ever his health deters him from any physical activity.

Nevertheless, the WWE has already gone ahead and used The Undertaker as one of its main selling points for Wrestlemania 31 with several production trucks and merchandise already using his image for the Mar. 29 event. Still, the likelihood of his induction to the Hall of Fame is likely at Wrestlemania 32 at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, which can hold up to 90,000 fans and will be likely the biggest extravaganza of the WWE world. In the end, all of the plans of the WWE clings on the health of the Deadman and any supposed matches with Sting, Bray Wyatt or a triple threat with Brock Lesnar and John Cena will be determined by the rise of the taker from a tombstone.
