'Wynonna Earp' season 2 episode 8 'No Future in the Past' spoilers
"Wynonna Earp" cast members, including Melanie Scrofano as Wynonna, Katherine Barrell as Nicole Haught, Shamier Anderson as Deputy Marshal Xavier Dolls, Tim Rozon as Doc Holliday and Dominique Provost-Chalkley as Waverly Earp, will have a new episode titled "No Future in the Past," which airs on Friday, July 28 on Syfy. It will show Wynonna's team working hard to save the future. Read on to learn more about it.

According to a press release from Syfy, "Wynonna Earp" season 2, episode 8 will feature Wynonna getting an opportunity to discover the root of the Earp curse. Meanwhile, the rest of her team will work on saving the future.
A sneak peek of the episode was posted on Syfy's YouTube channel. It shows Waverly talking to Wynonna about her past experiences as a child. She remembers Willa (Natalie Krill) being mean to her and throwing her toy rabbit on the frozen ice.
Unfortunately for Waverly, the ice is thin, and when she goes out to get her toy, the ice breaks and she falls in the cold water. She realises that Willa hates her even when they were kids and has no plans of pulling her out of the water. She also tells Wynonna that she might not be an Earp. However, Wynonna assures her that she's an Earp. She even tells Waverly that their parents almost named her Welcome when she was born and that she had to pick out her name.

'Wynonna Earp' episodes: 'Everybody Knows,' 'Forever Mine Nevermind' and 'I See a Darkness'
The episode before "No Future in the Past" was "Everybody Knows," which aired on July 21. It was directed by Paolo Barzman and written by Brendon Yorke. It showed Doc being hunted by lawmen who happened to be ghosts. As for Wynonna, she discovered something surprising about her baby's father. After "Everybody Knows" and "No Future in the Past," the episodes titled "Forever Mine Nevermind" and "I See a Darkness" will air on Aug. 4 and Aug. 11.
