With the fourth chair still waiting for an "X Factor UK" 2014 judge, former judge Sharon Osbourne and 2012 contestant Ella Henderson decided to talk about what and who they think should be sitting beside Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole at the judges' table.

Osbourne has her own take as to who might be the fourth judge on "X Factor UK." The star revealed on ITV that the fourth judge is someone who got to be "very skinny and very young" and apparently someone who Simon Cowell can tell what to do instead of someone who contradicts the music mogul.

Various reports confirmed that Sharon Osbourne, who was judge on "X Factor UK" from 2004 to 2007 and who later returned in 2013, is not returning for the 2014 season of the British reality singing show.

"I love the show, it's become a part of British culture that show everybody loves it and you can't help but get pulled into it," Osbourne revealed during her guest appearance on the British television program "Loose Women."

The 61-year-old star apparently loves "X Factor" but she also revealed that being on the new season of "X Factor UK" is "too much" for her and that she might lose her job in the U.S. because of it. Osbourne is currently one of America's "The Talk" hosts.

"They let me out for one season and I don't want to do that to them again and also I've got a family," the former "X Factor UK" judge further explained.

Meanwhile, former "X Factor UK" contestant Ella Henderson, who is making a debut of her new single "Ghost," revealed to Capital FM that the fourth judge got to be a "writer or a producer."

"I don't know, there's talks of all different people!" Henderson told Capital FM. "But I would love to see someone who's a bit more in the music industry, someone who kind of seems a bit more of a writer or producer or something."

In the past few months, various names have already been mentioned regarding who the fourth judge will be, including "Fifty Shades of Grey" star Rita Ora, "Britain's Got Talent" Alesha Dixon, ex-Spice Girl Mel B and Sara Cox.

The fourth judge, however, is still a question mark until the producers of "X Factor UK" release an official announcement. What is sure, though, is that Simon Cowell has reportedly made up his mind who the last judge is going to be.

Daily Star reported that "Britain's Got Talent" Amanda Holden knows who the last judge is, emphasizing that it's not going to be Alesha Dixon and hinting that it is likely going to be ex-Spice Girl Mel B.
