'X-Factor' USA judge Demi Lovato has revealed that she has grown fond of music mogul Simon Cowell like no one she has ever met in her life, noting that she has confided to her boss with matters she would not do with just anybody.

The 20-year-old “Heart Attack” singer does not seem to find any problem with the 33-year age difference between her and Simon, underscoring that she relates to Simon like no other. She insists there’s a good guy in Simon not too many see in the media honcho.

“I’ve been able to tell him things that I don’t tell the public — about my personal experiences, my journey and what I’ve been through. He’s been really, really cool about everything. Way deep down there, he’s a good guy,” Demi said in an interview with The Sun.

And Demi has had a lot of things going on in her life as she has been open about her troubles with weight, eating disorder and more issues other celebrities her age have failed to fight against.

Simon has grown closer to Demi and the chemistry between them has been phenomenal, knowing Simon Cowell, who every Tom, Dick and Harry knows would be so hard to please, especially around fellow judges on reality TV shows he had been on.

Looks like Demi is the New Paula Abdul for Simon as the music mogul even offered Demi for another seat for Season 3 of ‘X-Factor’ USA 2013.

Demi and Simon were caught “flirting” at the Fox’s Upfront second week of May. Then they were together again at the show’s first audition in Charleston, which Simon promised would be a great show and with him, already hinting some favorite talents.

The X-Factor judges again caught up with each other when Demi flew in to UK to perform her hit single, “Heart Attack” on Britain’s Got Talent final show.

When asked by the BGT judges if Demi would want to stay as judge for the British reality TV show, Demi politely declined, proving that she would rather be with her original boss, who she said has been “teasing” her and other fellow female judges.

Demi said, “He teases us for sure. Just watch the show. You’ll see, he’s constantly teasing me.”
