'The X-Factor USA' 2013 Season 3 Top Final 4 Elimination Results: Restless Road Gets Voted Off on Live Week 5 [VIDEOS]
It was the end of the road for the “Restless Road” as the three-member group from Simon Cowell’s group act was eliminated on Live Week 5 Results on “The X Factor USA.”
The Top Final 3 has been revealed on Episode 24, Season 3 of “The X Factor USA” 2013 on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013. Of the final four acts who took the stage on performance night, Wednesday, Dec. 11, the buzz got louder for Carlito Olivero and Jeff Gutt. The elimination of the Restless Road should come as a surprise considering the boys’ group has earned popularity for being compared to English band, One Direction.
But America has spoken. It was the end of the journey for the Restless Road. The judges have nothing to do with the decision as the hopefuls did not have to sing for save. It was all about America and who she wants to win.
Staying on for Top Final 3 are couple, Alex and Sierra (Group act), Jeff Gutt (Kelly Rowland) and Carlito Olivero (Paulina Rubio).
All the four acts sang for America’s vote Wednesday night, three times - - one, America’s choice; two, duets and three, the mentor’s choice.
List of songs by the Top Final 4 Acts from Reality Rewind:
Round 1: America’s Choice
Alex & Sierra - “Little Talks” by Of Monsters and Men

Jeff Gutt and Carlito Olivero have been making the buzz this week on “The X Factor USA” (TXFU). Both have made a stellar performances in all the songs chosen for them - - both by their mentors and America.
This is Gutt’s second return on Fox’s reality singing competition. He failed to make the cut in the previous season of TXFU and if he made it to the Top Final 3, it sure will be a sweet win for the contender from Kelly Rowland’s Over 25s act.
Carlito Olivero however, has a lot of things going on for him. The “X Factor” hopeful is the only one among the Top Final 4 who has been in the bottom since live shows began in October 2013.
SimonCowell even doubted if ever he was going to make it during the Top Final 10 week this season. It will be recalled that Olivero did not impress the judges with his performance of Gloria Estefan’s “Rhythm’s Gonna Get You” few weeks back. While he has great moves on the dance floor, the judges including Simon and Demi Lovato said he was lost in the middle of the performance.
Paulina Rubio, Olivero’s mentor stood by him and vowed to work on his “face” as he performs. Did Rubio succeed with her mission in November? Has this what brought Olivero to the top final 4? And now surviving the week to become one of the Top Final 3?
The Top 3 Finalists of “The X Factor USA” will be back for the performance of their lives on Wednesday, Dec. 18. The winner of the show’s competition will be named on December 19, 2013.
