If there’s one celebrity much loved by teens, it’s Latina singer and X-Factor judge, Demi Lovato. And the teens have proven once again that they are behind Demi with everything the Heart Attack hit singer does.

At the recently concluded Teen Choice Awards 2013, Demi won four awards in various categories. She beat out strong contenders in television, music and fashion categories.

Her stint on ‘The X-Factor' USA as the original female judge has earned her the Choice TV personality award for female. Her hit single, Heart Attack was the teen’s choice for the single of a female artist. This however, should not come as a surprise as Demi’s music video has been certified recently by VEVO having reached more 100-M views.

Her hit single must have played a major role too as the teens found her the perfect female artist this year . Demi also won the Choice for Female Artist, a major category indeed as she outranked equally talented and great artists including BFF Selena Gomez. Other strong contenders for the Choice for Female artist include Pink, Rihanna and Taylor Swift.

Demi has however, surprised in her fourth win, the Candie’s Choice Style Icon Award. It’s an open secret that Demi has always been struggling with her weight. In fact, her weightloss issues have always been one of the primordial reasons for her early struggles that prompted her to seek help when she entered rehabilitation center few years back.

She has always been outspoken about loving oneself and embracing one’s self since successfully ‘fighting her demons.” And it looks like all the self-help and motivation and the support from family and friends have paid off that Demi beat out hot female hotties in the Candie’s Choice Style Icon award. Demi was chosen over Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Leah Michelle , and Emma Watson.
