Yoko Ono has celebrated her 42nd wedding anniversary with late Beatles star, John Lennon at Imagine Peace Tower.

Aceshowbiz said that Ono tweeted on her account saying that ‘Imagine’ tower was lit to celebrate ‘spring and wedding anniversary’.

"Imagine Peace Tower is lit to celebrate Spring and our wedding anniversary! Send yr wishes at http://imaginepeacetower.com," Ono was quoted tweeting by the Aceshowbiz.

And for the first time since December 2010, John Lennon’s Imagine Peace Tower had again illuminated over Iceland in memory of the former Beatle’s star marriage to Ono.

First installed in 2010, the ‘beam-of-light art installation’ on Vioey Island in Reykjavik was conceptualized to commemorate Lennon’s birth and the anniversary of his death. The beam of light was shut off in December 2010.
