TV Guide reports that on Wednesday, Chelsea will ask Adam about his pact with Victor, while Ashley will have a visitor from her past. Elsewhere, Hilary will ask an interesting favour from Devon.

The soap posted a teaser video on its official YouTube channel. It shows three scenes from the Dec. 16 episode, featuring Dr. Neville, Neil, Phyllis, Jack, Chelsea, Adam and Victor.

In the first scene, Dr. Neville is seen talking to a clearly upset Neil.

“The world is changing, Mr. Winters. What I need is a grateful and motivated investor,” Dr. Neville says in the "Y&R" preview video.

Meanwhile, Phyllis will be shown arguing with Jack.

“I am your wife. We took vows. But you didn’t even make it to our wedding night,” she lashes out at Jack.

The last scene focuses on Victor, Chelsea and Adam. Victor is seen boasting to the two that the Abbotts have conceded defeat.

According to Soap She Knows, the scene will continue with a discussion about the settlement and whether Jabot will remain afloat. While Chelsea expresses her hopes that Adam will no longer be needed at Newman, Victor says that is his son’s decision. Victor says he is happy about Adam and Chelsea, and that he hopes to spoil Connor at Christmas. When Victor leaves the couple alone, Chelsea questions Adam why he is going with Victor's plans. Adam replies that he prefers being on the inside with Victor.
