'The Young and the Restless' spoilers for Feb 15-19: Valentine’s Day continues at Genoa City

"The Young and the Restless" ("Y&R") promises another week of romance-filled episodes, with Genoa City still on Valentine’s Day mode. Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) take their relationship to another level in the show’s episodes from Feb. 15 to 19.

TV Guide reports that in "Y&R" on Monday, Cane and Lily go off to a secret meeting, while Nikki uses her charm on Victor. Meanwhile, Billy pulls off a romantic surprise for Victoria on Valentine’s Day.

The official YouTube page of “The Young and the Restless” also posted a preview video of its upcoming episode on Monday. The first scene shows Neil as he gets amazed with the club’s Valentine’s Day decorations and eyes a tray of glasses filled with champagne. Victoria berates Natalie on another part of the video, saying, “You have to turn in a successful product. You should be focused on work, not looking for love.” The last scene shows Billy talking to Victor. “Hell, you can try and have us both arrested this time. It’s not going to change; I’m going to marry her because I love her,” Billy says.

On Feb. 16, Phyllis fights to hide something from Jack, while Ashley suffers a setback. Elsewhere, Adam poses a challenge on Luca.

Wednesday’s episode focuses on Nick as he pushes Dylan to close the case on Dr Anderson, while Hilary takes away the spotlight from Neil. Sage, on the other hand, struggles with her nightmares about Christian.

We Love Soaps reports that on Thursday’s episode, Victor reels from a shocking news from Adam, while Phyllis issues a warning to Summer. Elsewhere, Abby gets worried about her future life with Stitch.

Wrapping up the week on Feb. 19, Billy squares off with Chelsea, while Nick and Sharon unite because of a crisis. Meanwhile, Victor is determined to get his revenge.

"The Young and the Restless" recap

Last week, Victoria expressed her desire to marry Billy again on Valentine’s Day. However, Billy told her that he needs a little bit of time, and that he would propose to her when he feels worthy. Unknown to Victoria, Billy is putting off his marriage plans with Victoria until he succeeds in bringing down Victor. At the end of Friday’s episode, Phyllis sends Billy a message about their plans against Victor: “Plan working. Full speed ahead.”
